By using Trongas, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. They should be reviewed together with your applicable commercial agreement.
1. Services
Trongas provides TRON Energy and Bandwidth rental services. Resources are delegated on-chain to the public address specified by the customer. We never request wallet private keys or seed phrases.
2. Orders and Delivery
Customers must verify the recipient address, resource amount, and rental duration before placing an order. Orders normally cannot be canceled after delivery begins. Network conditions and resource availability may affect delivery time.
3. Pricing and Settlement
Prices displayed on the website are indicative. The confirmed order price prevails. Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient account balance or an available payment method.
4. Acceptable Use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or infringement of third-party rights. We may restrict or suspend abnormal orders.
